After leaving her office job, she entered Tama Art University’s Faculty of Art and Communication in 2008, where she studied spatial design. Since graduating at the top of her class in 2012, she has created interactive works themed around sound and touch, using wood and various other materials. tsuchiya stages experiential exhibits in venues around the country, including art events, galleries, and hospitals; she has also collaborated with businesses like Muji, Benesse, and Karimoku.“ (Roppongi Art Night, 2019)
